Nuheat Membrane received the highest 'Extra Heavy' result in Robinson Floor Test (ASTM C627). ACTS AS TILE UNDERLAYMENT - Nuheat Membrane can replace plywood/concrete board as the tile underlayment in most tile installations. Tile/Stone floors can be installed on Nuheat Membrane using modified and unmodified thinsets. Nuheat Membrane is made from extruded polypropylene and can be used as a waterproofing membrane. COMPATIBLE WITH THE NUHEAT CABLE FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM - Nuheat Membrane is specifically designed to accept the best-in-class Nuheat Cable floor heating system. When combined with Nuheat Cable as the floor heating solution, the integrated system provides the installer the ability to adjust the wire spacing and heat output according to the installation needs. ON-SITE FLEXIBILITY - Nuheat Membrane is cut on-site to fit the room. Nuheat Cable is then installed into Nuheat Membrane and adjusted on-site to provide heat coverage where it is desired. Installers only need to know the approximate square footage of the area(s) that need to be heated. 25-YEAR WARRANTY - Nuheat Cable resistance must be tested before, during and after installation to validate Nuheat warranties.
